Re-purposed Trash Bag Spider Webs

Happy Halloween!

Did you spend all of your time (and money?) on your costume, and totally forgot about the decorations? No problem! All you need is a clean trash bag, some tape and scissors.

How to:

Lay the trash bag flat on the floor, and cut off the top, bottom and both sides, making two  large squares. Fold the square in half to make a triangle, then in half again, and once more to make a small triangle.
Use a few pieces of scotch tape to secure the open sides together. This will keep the bag from sliding around as you cut.

Starting at the point, cut a small curved piece, stopping at the center. Continue to finish both sides.

Unfold to reveal the web. There will be a few pieces let at the bottom that you don't need. Cut them off, leaving only the web. You can toss the left over pieces or turn them into bats!

Quick, easy, inexpensive! Perfect last minute decorations!

xoxo
