4th of July Sparkler Cocktail

What better way to celebrate the Fourth of July than with something sparkly! This festive drink is probably the easiest cocktail you will ever make. No mixing or muddling... just unwrap and pour. Did I mention popsicles? What the what? The best part of the cocktail isn't even the booze?! A classic Firecracker Pop in a fancy glass, swimming in bubbly Presecco (or Pellegrino for the kiddos and mocktail lovers) equals instant fun. I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks, so this is perfect for my taste. As the Firecracker Pop begins to melt, it adds just a little sweetness to the bubbly. I suggest stirring the pop around a little bit in the glass before munching on it :)

Red, white and blue Firecracker Pops
Prosecco and Pellegrino (pre-chilled)
Pretty clear glasses (the ones pictured are actually plastic! Hello Dollar Tree!)

How to:

When you are ready to serve, place a Firecracker Pop in each glass. Pour Prosecco or Pellegrino over the top, and enjoy!

I told you it was easy ;)

Have a safe, responsible (but fun!) Fourth of July!
